Marketing support an white label policy

1. Purpose

This policy defines the marketing materials, technical documentation, digital tools and product-related resources available to each Janolex partner category.

Access and branding rights depend on the partner’s cooperation model, annual turnover and individual written agreement with Janolex.

The policy applies to:

product catalogues and printed materials;
new product launch materials;
renders, visualisations and social media content;
technical details and product galleries;
CabinPlanner, Dealer Shop and Expert Academy access;
installation instructions;
CAD, DWG and BIM files.

2. Partner Categories

Partner category	Qualification
Premium Partner	B2B partner with annual turnover of €500,000 or more
Official Partner	B2B partner with annual turnover below €500,000
Retail Partner	B2C sales partner operating under an agreed retail model
Direct Janolex Sales Agent	Authorised sales agent representing Janolex directly

The applicable partner category and access level are confirmed by Janolex. Individual written agreements may define additional or different access rights.

4. Access Definitions

Term	Meaning
Full access	Access to all materials currently made available by Janolex within the relevant resource category.
Limited access	Access only to materials selected and approved by Janolex for the relevant partner and market.
White-label version	A version without Janolex branding or adapted with the partner’s approved branding.
Janolex-branded content	Materials containing Janolex branding that must be used in their approved form.
Neutral or unbranded version	A version supplied without Janolex or partner logos.
By individual agreement	The scope, format, branding, delivery time and any applicable fee must be confirmed by Janolex in writing.

5. General Conditions

All materials, technical documentation, visual content and digital resources remain the intellectual property of Janolex and may only be used to promote and sell products manufactured by Janolex.

Partners must not share the following information or resources with customers, competitors, other suppliers or unauthorised third parties:

wholesale prices and commercial terms;
CAD, DWG or BIM files;
account access credentials;
restricted marketing materials;
confidential technical documentation.

Files and technical information must not be transferred to, reproduced by or used for the benefit of another manufacturer.

Logos, technical content, drawings and documents may not be modified without prior written approval from Janolex.

White-label adaptations, printed materials, custom visualisations and technical files may require separate approval and may be subject to additional preparation, adaptation or printing fees.

Janolex may restrict, suspend or withdraw access if:

the cooperation with the partner ends;
the partner breaches this policy or the applicable agreement;
the materials are used outside the agreed purpose or territory;
access credentials or restricted materials are shared without authorisation.

Any exception to this policy must be agreed with Janolex in writing. Where an individual written agreement conflicts with this policy, the individual agreement takes priority.
